Production Specialist - Tree Care Division
Serpico Landscaping, a successful landscaping company based in the San Francisco Bay Area (South Bay) is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our growing Tree Care division. The Production Supervisor will lead a team of tree workers in a safe and efficient work environment.
General Job Responsibilities
Safety, Zero Tolerance for non-compliance with policies and procedures
Jobsite Management
Job Estimating, per assignment
Equipment & Vehicle Inspections and Maintenance
Scheduling, jobs, Communicating with Customer Service Reps
Tracking production daily to meet monthly goals
Submit billing daily
Payroll reviewed daily for accuracy.
Training for production and safety
Job Requirements
Clean DMV record
2-3 years tree care work experience
Tree estimating experience
Experience with or ability to learning to use CRM software, a Tablet PC
The ability and experience to lead, manage multiple jobsites
Availability to be on call for after hour emergencies on a rotating basis
Additional Preferred Requirements
Bilingual in both English and Spanish
Certified Arborist
QAL or QAC certification
CTSP certification through TCIA

Estimator- Tree Care Division

Position reports to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for estimating job costs based on location, condition and environmental regulations impacting trimming and/or removal of trees.
